WHERE WE SHIP
All orders are billed and shipped to locations within the Continental United States.
myClairol products require special handling as required by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We follow all regulatory requirements; therefore the shipment of items within the Continental United States may only be shipped via Ground Transportation.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer shipping to:
- APO or FPO addresses
- Puerto Rico
- Destinations outside of the United States or United States Territories
Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You may also view this information via your account page (tracking online orders requires you to log into our website).
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER OR SHIPMENT
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department.
We are pleased to offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Because the products are built to your specifications, once the manufacturing process has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order.
